Shipping Information

All of our products are made-to-order which means that when you place your order, we print each item individually for you to ensure the highest quality!

Due to the high volume and stress of the holiday season, our processing and delivery times have been extended by up to 10 working days beyond the timelines listed below. We appreciate your patience as we urge you to wait a few minutes longer.

While we print a portion of our products in-house at our US facilities, we also outsourced from suppliers all over the world to provide our customers with a wider selection. We only work with multi-suppliers who adhere to our stringent quality control rules. This is why the delivery times listed below are so long. 

USPS, DHL, EMS, Local Post... are some of the shipping carriers available.

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

Order Processing time is 5-7 Business days (Mon-Fri)

Order Shipping time is 7 - 15 Business days for US and 15 - 20 Business days for International (Mon-Fri).

Order Cut-Off time is 05:00 PM


You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 7- 10 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.


Make sure you fill the correct address at checkout because:

  • We may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery details if we identify erroneous or missing information on our end, which may create delays in delivering your order. 
  • If your order is sent to the incorrect address or is returned to sender, we are not liable. The orders that are returned will be donated to charities rather than being returned to our warehouse. Please double-check your mailing address before contacting our customer service team. 
  • We may charge a re-shipping fee for orders that are returned due to an incorrect address being provided. 
  • We are not responsible if your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged if you contact the last mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or reroute it.
