  1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

  1. HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?

The personalized service we offer is adding names to your products.

There is a text box for you to insert the name you would like to have on your product below the size options.

  1. CAN I SEE WHAT THE NAMES LOOK LIKE BEFORE I ORDER?

Customers can contact the customer service department via support@cozzyhomes.com for more information on how your requested names will appear on the item.

  1.  WHY DON'T I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

In this case, please kindly check in INBOX, SPAM MAIL & JUNK MAIL, and you will see a confirmation email from us. In case you still don’t see it in those mailboxes, please contact us at support@cozzyhomes.com to get updated manually.

  1. HOW LONG IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Usually, it will come sooner than the estimated time. Sometimes it will take longer because of unexpected reasons like weather, transit issues, flight cancelation, local post office policy, customs, etc

  1. HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Because our items are made to order only for you, it takes time to be processed. The shipping process will take 2-7 working days. The tracking number will be sent to your email within 5-7 working days 

 

  1. WHY DO I SEE MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT FOUND?

After you receive your tracking number, it will take about 5-7 business days for processing. Then, when the package is sent out, the tracking number will be updated, and you can follow its status.

  1. WHY HASN’T MY TRACKING NUMBER BEEN UPDATED?

    Your package was sent out to the shipping partner and then the tracking number link will be updated when they receive your package and scan it. Therefore, you cannot yet see any updates at the moment. We'll try to update you ASAP.

 

  1. THE TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DON'T RECEIVE ITEMS

In this case, please follow these steps before reaching out to us:

9.1. Check inside the mailbox carefully, including safe places around it where it may have been placed in the mailbox and couldn’t hold the package. Look inside porches and other areas around the front of the property. Check with neighbors in case the item was left with them or in their mailbox.

9.2. Check with other people who live with you, in case they collect the item and place it somewhere. Finally, if you live in an apartment or other managed accommodation, check with the management office or reception in case they have the item.

9.3. You also should check with their local post office too, who may be holding the item. Sometimes the mail carrier will inadvertently mark the item as delivered while it is awaiting collection from a post office.

9.4. In some unexpected cases, your items were delivered at the front of your house by the courier but stolen by other people (we were informed about this by some of our customers). So we recommend that you should check the camera at the front house and send us the video, we are very happy to resend the items for you.

 

  1. CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you have made a mistake with your shipping details, please contact our Customer Support team promptly within 6 hours and we will try to adjust them.

Please be noted that we can make no guarantees to change addresses prior to shipping. If an order has been fulfilled and is in the process to be collected by the shipping company, we are unable to amend the shipping address.

In case your shipping address is incomplete and the parcel is kept at the Post Office, please contact your local Post Office to request them to deliver your package.

  1. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    You can request us to cancel your order within 6 hours after placing the order. Please be noted that after this time frame, we cannot cancel your order since it has been fulfilled in our system.

  2. I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you’ve placed an order with the wrong items and would like to modify it (within 6 hours), you’re required to place a new order. Your previous order will be on hold until you place a new one. After receiving the new order, we’ll cancel the old one and refund the money back to your card. In case you don’t wish to do that, we’ll process your original order after 48 hours

 

  1. CAN I GET EXCHANGE THE ITEM?

If the item is chosen by mistake and you want to exchange it for another one, please contact our Customer Support to request an exchange within 6 hours after the order is placed.

  1. WHY DOES THE THING SEND FROM CHINA?

Our products are always uniquely designed. We want to bring you the best cost. We always control our products at high quality. We are always looking forward to serving you the best. We still listen to your requests to improve the products.

  1. IS OUR DISHWASHER COVER MAGNET?


Our dishwasher cover is peel and stick dishwasher cover, not a magnetic dishwasher cover.

 

  16. THE PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATION, COULD I RETURN IT AND GET A FULL REFUND?

 

If you receive items from Cozzyhomes that fall into the following criteria:

  • Wrong style, size, or color from what was ordered,
  • Damaged item(s) due to poor packaging/during shipping,

Please submit your evidence along with your claim to support@cozzyhomes.com

For the fastest resolution, make sure your evidence includes photos demonstrating clearly errors mentioned above together with the shipping label.


Please be noted that:

  • We will not provide the return shipping label if you complain that the product quality is not what you expect, because customers’ expectations are different and we strive to meet the majority of them. For the best shopping experience, please read the product description carefully before placing an order.
  • We will only proceed if you contact us within 7 days after receiving your item(s). Additional information may be required during the process. After this time frame, your queries will not be supported.

 

17. HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

If the customer would like to return the item, we only accept the return of items if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging

After contacting Cozzyhomes support at support@cozzyhomes.com and receiving our response, please do exactly the following instructions: Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, go to the local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to this address:

Please provide us with the tracking number from the post office or couriers. Once the item delivers to our return address, we will refund the cost of the item you purchased for you.
